Greenwood Village is not a production-home suburb. Most of the housing east of I-25 is custom work from the 1970s through the 1990s, and the west side runs to semi-rural acre lots. Concrete tile is common in Greenwood Hills, Orchard Hills and Cherry Lane, cedar shake still covers many of the estates, and the city writes its own roofing rules. We build every scope around that reality.

The questions Village homeowners actually ask us, answered without the sales pitch. More on the full FAQ page.
Yes. The city requires a building permit for new installation or replacement of 100 square feet or more of roof covering. We pull the permit through the city's Community Development Department and schedule the final inspection as part of every job.
The city designs for a 100 mph three second gust and a 30 pound snow load, and it requires an ice barrier 24 inches inside the exterior wall line at every eave. Bids that skip the ice barrier are not cheaper, they are just wrong.
Hail is not an if here. NOAA records show 2 inch and 2.75 inch stones on June 19, 2018, and the July 9, 2026 storm dropped ping pong ball hail on the Village and the Tech Center. Insurance claims are a normal part of roof ownership in this zip code.
